just another HELP topic

I have downloaded every program that is mentioned on this forum, i readed all topics and i think i am dumb or what but i can`t make nice mod.

Everything that i make for now is changing the rulesmd.ini file.

I have maded some new units but without cameo and i can`t put it in game, so i only change .ini file.

 

Can someone make some topic for all newbies step by step how to make new unit with pictures and other, or link something.
