I'll been to lots of forums with like thousands of members.....

 

But at most there are only a handful that keep it going.

 

Then you're got the other forums...... Where if you don't post they boot your ass all the way to candy land.

Well, it looks like you have done a good job of recovering. I doubt anyone will remember me, (hint: Capital Letter At The Beginning Of Every Word.) and I made a "comeback" awhile ago, consisting of one post, but I'll actually make an effort to come here more often this time, don't worry.

 

Anyway, on to the topic: I prefer to have an average ammount of frequent posters, with a few non-regulars showing up every once in awhile to make things interesting. Posts don't matter that much, although the activity is good for the boards.

but i would like to see more new topics that get to 20 constructive posts as oppose to like a few topics with alot of posts, becuase then everyuthing goes off topic..... :?

 

 

im going to start a couple of regular topics a week...soon when i get motivated...and i finish assesment....

Yeah, most of the time lengthy topics do get spammy after a page or so. Although on another board I go to, there was a thread about religion that made it to the 6th page (at 40 posts per page) without a single spammy post and never erupting into a flame war. So it's certainly not all the time, but I admit it's quite frequent.
