Hey guys, I still have this problem

Anyway I was wondering... do you think that reinstalling Windows or reformatting will help solve the problem?

I don't know, what you could try to see if your cd is bad, is to get another cd from a friend or somethin, If the other 1 works, then its your cd...

I don't think there's anything wrong with the CD itself.

Does anyone know if SafeDisc is on RA2 disks? That might be preventing me from running it.

Does anyone know how to disable SafeDisc on Windows 98?

Formatting should make it work, unless the game itself is the problem. You won't really know unless you try it.. You could back up some of your important files if you have a CD or DVD/RW
