It has to be around mid-morning in California -8 GMT on a Friday at the very earliest. Right now at time of posting it's Thursday @ 14:47 in California. They don't have to release Battlecast for another 24 hours if they wish. So while it may be Friday @ 10:47am in New Zealand for some people. The rest of the world plays catch-up
