    After nine hours of trying to figure this out I simply had to put the .ini file in this folder. You will also see the Zero Hour Data folder too. Copy the same .ini file in there too. C:\Users\**Your Name Of Computer**\Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Data Let me know if this helps people.
