That information isn't disclosed on the leaflet that comes in the box.

 

All you'll get is a bit of info, and a key... with details of what area of the new C&C site (still not up yet) of where to input that key. Eligable Beta testers for this new game will probably get an inkling first of what the new game is, quickly followed by the rest of the community via CNCNZ.com
