Technically it is. But I've seen this posted on the Official C&C Forums and neither APOC or the mod team there removed it so I'll allow it here.

I once tried distributing the entire AND complete RA3 OST to the public in the official C&C forums and even here; didn't work out the way it was supposed to be so I had no choice but to remove the file from the file-sharing servers. But this Uprising OST? I don't think those links will last forever though until someone founds out about this. I was warned by a moderator in some CNC site about copyright infringement when it comes to redistributing.
