The latest episode of Battlecast Primetime is now available on the Official C&C Site. Here's a quick summary of the show.

Yeap, it is very sad to see that key person goes, it is pitiful since the disappearance of Jason Bender. Speaking of Jason, where did he go after Jeremy took over? I love that duo more than Jeremy & Greg.

But this was a much better show than last month. Some actual news this time and good to see the "10" back.

Anyway, a good episode so far, and haw haw, it is quite funny when I see that key person's partner crying with more nose blows & tissues.

 

And wow, the Main Event is very intense, I never know Whalecore can pull this one off despite without scouting, much like those "cheating" when I encounter in C&C3, which the Skirmish AI knew what I was doing even without him scouting (Eg : I send an engineer to capture the Tib Spike but he already got a buggy out immediately. If I don't, there's no buggy. Or tons of air units when he already got tons of anti-air.) in the first place or even re-scouting. But anyway, sorry about that previous sentence, Whalecore is no C&C3 cheating AI, he just guess the enemy as I'm thinking that's the way he did, and boom! Papa Smurf got defeated.

 

Overall, a better episode than last month's.

The longevity of the show will be determined by it's ability to generate interest in the game-play, which is the 'constitution' of this quasi-sports show. To talk about epic post matches, and talk up coming matches. Probably what will help the show is 'celebraty' players. A South Korean version of this show with/fo SC would be much stronger for that reason.

 

I enjoyed this show... shame about the loss of the key person. I hope they draw out the replacement in the next episode... they should tease us with wildly impossible replacements etc. I think BTW that more than name needs to be 'spoiled'. But at least they did it early in the show. They should have done that reality television montage shown, as the contestant that leaves. Anyway, best of luck in future projects!
