Considering James Bond was the model for the spy (given he had a Sean Connery voice) he could have been a one man army able to hijack tanks. But like any good Bond film, that's just silly.

 

Another improvement, and one that is sorely lacking in Generals, is the ability to select all of a particular unit.

It was obvious they had James Bond in mind when they made the tuxedo wearing British spy for Red Alert 2 (although they weren't straight rip offs such as Flint Westwood, Sammy Stallion, Bing Gates of Massivesoft or anything), but the original Red Alert spy is very similar to Connery Bond.

it has C&C, AND Red Alert, AND Tiberian Sun, AND Red Alert 2

Well, I'm thinking to buy that, but it's rather expensive, and I already have Red ALert 2 and Tiberian Sun.
