Custom Mapping Programs?

Well I come from the Star wars game series to C&C and wanted to know the basics for making Custom Maps for Generals Zerohour.

 

I wanted to make a sweet map with strong defence points that could be defended easily, since no other map on Generals did this quite like I had wished for.

 

So what is ment program for this?

It's not that, though. The Generals section has no downloads and I cannot find the damn thing anywhere. This is ridiculous.

Tried looking in the Generals ZH folder? The World Builder is included with Generals ZH :P

Yeah World Builder for Generals/Zero Hour is included when the game(s) gets installed.
