we are shadows of our former selves since the world cup, alot of players have sort of retired from the england team and been replaced with fresh new talent.....

 

I must admit the game was good... if frustrating, but very impressive play from new zealand... they always have great grit and determination and that showed up well...

 

In a way i hope new lealand stay like that and win the next world cup.... an england V new zealand final..... but being the patriot i am.... we'll get our revenge and if that final comes in under 4 years time.... I'm sorry but you aint having our trophy :lol:

I imagine they all went back to boot camp after the world cup finals.... training harder and longer then ever! Because a defeat in the rugby world to the countries down under is like losing a relative... it's absolutely devistating.

 

I watched a program on the New Zealand rugby team and they said that if the team loses, it's worse than a death in the family.... and those in New Zealand that get right behind the all blacks actually mourn heavily over a defeat....

 

Now that is sheer passion and patriotism in my book...

The All Blacks play in many stadiums across New Zealand each season, so they loose games. Chickendippers just made them sound unbeatable. But yes your both right, the All Blacks have a good record at Carisbrook.
