IF U WANT CHANGES MADE 2 B4ME, SIGN THE PETITION!

 

Gorbag orc on the me-mw.com forums started a petition 4 b4me. nick apparently has contact w/ ea, so if many sign it, nick will be forced 2 send in list of ppl on petition. sign it so our voices can be heard! otherwise, look 4ward 2 150-350 units tops in b4me (that's only if u get weak orcs, cuz trolls or trebs or stuff would be worth more command pts)

 

changes proposed in petition:

1: Remove ugly circles: (This is one of the top 2 trying 2 get)

2: Increase Pop. Limit (C'mon, u all wanna raise it, sign the petition, also it's other of top 2)

3: Fix weird thing w/ eagles (check sites 4 more info)

4: Have WK (not other nazgul) on foot when fell beast dies (so eowyn vs wk,...)

5: Put Gothmog in game (what kind of game leaves out stuff 4 expansions?)

You can't make every game perfect, and while Harvard Bonin's team are trying exceptionally well to make it as good as they can there are numerous reasons why not everything is put into a game...

 

Sure they'll have expansions, patches with more maps, units etc... but I agree with Tree Mods are a large part of what makes communities, and if you put everything in a game, then you slash the mod potential a considerable percentage...

 

There's lso issues with Engine limitations and consideration of people's specifications.... Once again to make a game perfect you'd max out the engine and thus raise the minimum spec level to extortionate proportions.. This is one reason why there is a unit limit because some of the battles are so huge with so much going on without the limitation in place you'd be quickly talking very low frame rates on slower PC's..

 

And anyway, unit limits are good for strategy... with that limitation you have to think more on how you'd use your units to their potential.... It's increasingly becoming the only way to avoid what's known as the "Tank Rush" tactic...

200-300 troops is enough, what? you wanna spend 4-6 hours with 1,000-10,000 troops for each team? you should be happy that this game is even gonna have more then most rts, in wc3 and wotr you only get 100 food, and your using 2-4 food each creture you build
