You can't capture an MCV, but you can capture a Construction Yard using an engineer. However, with a yuri you can mind control one, if you deploy it it might turn into your construction yard.

Indeedy do. That was changed in the only YR patch after players complained about YP mc'ing their construction yard and undeploying it. But that's only units that deply into structures. Transports can still be deployed.
