CNCNZ.com Blue Forum Style Restored

For those who liked it or those who remember it. The older CNCNZ.com Blue forum style has been restored. It's available if you want to use it. Here is a low quality sample screen shot of what it looks like.

 

 

Since the darker purple style is the default and current official CNCNZ.com colours, you will need to edit your profile to use the blue style.

 

Simply click on the Profile link at the top of any page. Once your Profile page appears scroll down and locate the option called "Board Style:", from the drop down menu select "cncnzBlue". Click the "Submit" button to save your changes. Once you return to the forum index the new style will load.

 

To return to the darker purple style repeat the steps above but select "cncnzPurple" from the drop down menu instead.

 

I would like know who is using it, to see if it was worth me time restoring it and fixing the bugs in it, reply here if your using it and if you have any comments.

 

While the blue style colours were popular I personally find the darker purple style a lot sharper and better looking overall. But you have a choice now, it doesn't matter what forum style you choose as long as you use the forums.

 

If I can, I might dig up the CNCNZ Grey/Gold style as well, that will be harder to restore though because it was on the old UBB forums, no phpBB.

Another of the older forum styles has been restored, CNCNZ Grey/Gold, used for around 7-8 months back in 2002.

With the Blue style I thought you meant the light blue style you tried a months or so ago :lol:

I like it the way it is now. I dont really like the blue or light blue.. Purple is great...Dont change anything

Yeah, Generals Discussion is now called Open Discussion, to stop confusion between it and the Generals forum.

 

As for the new styles, if you like purple stay with it, if you like blue or grey use it. Its your choice

You should go really retro and add in the old Brown and Gold colour scheme too.... I'd use that one, since that was how the forums were when I first joined many, many years ago

i like this purple one purple an yellow are lucky colours for a sagittarius (and my fav colours anyway) eee though i am curious to see lotsa other colour styles and the old ones now lol
