vqp files

I've just aquired cnc gold and while going through the mix files with the xcc mixer i've come across a lot of so called vqp files. Is there a way I can use them to view the TD cutscenes?

The VQP files are palettes for streching the 320x200 movies to 640x400. Though in C&C1 the movies get streched perfectly without needing the VQP files. I think they speed up the process though... but even that doesn't matter on the current generation of PC's.

 

The VQA files are the real movies, and all that really matters. Don't mind the VQP files.
