OK... Project: German Revival is where i am going to change the Allied country, Germany, into its own side with a new building tree and units. this is a big project since i am also going to make a mission with it and i like people to give me suggestions... add your ideas and also add the code of your unit or building if you have it down... if you don't, just tell me what it is like... i hope this will work... and please take the poll.

how bout nuke subs that launch small nukes at very slow speeds at the target i ve got all the entries needed to get this to work, u want em?

Ok... first thing... if you want me to create the things... please give me the codes... it just makes my job easier... second thing... i can't creat flaming tanks and infantry unless you give me the manual code... thx...

if your making the mod for YR, there is a weapon you can use, not sure which one, but it apparently looks like a flame, you might need to change the colour of it, and slow it down, but i have heard it can be done, but only for YR not RA2. Hope that was helpful. cheers.

Interesting code... i just think i will point out that i also need the warhead code, projectille, and the weapon code if you are creating a new vechile... I do like your idea though... if i ever finish this i might post the tibed file on this dissucion if i can or mail it to you if you want it...

If you had read my other topic... you might have discovered that i am having problems with Germany starting with German MCV... can anyone fix it? it is like the only thing i am stuck on... what is the point of continuing my project when i can't start with the German MCV... I will credit anyone who can help me... quite literally...

NVM... Fenring's website (sorry if i spell your name wrong) took care of that... i am back into mod making... after my exams... anyone want to put in ideas? i got the whole thing planned out with a new tech tree but inputs are always good.

ArgCmdr wrote a much better tutorial for making 'new' sides. It removes the need for a 4th MCV and much less AI coding.

The Problem is that i need a 4th MCV because it is going to have a new Tech Tree... Now i just faced the same problem that i thought i solved... do you have TibEd? i might be able to send you the File and can you see what is wrong with it? or just give me instructions on everything i need to change to add a fourth side inside TibEd. thx if you do...

You don't need a fourth MCV.

 

Use the Allied Construction Yard and exclude the new German side from the Allied side. Add your structures as needed, making sure to keep the German ones exclusive to Germany.

 

The only problem will be getting the Allies to build German stuff and vice versa.

 

There's another minor problem, but you won't be able to have new EVA voices.

umm... i knew the problem that you can't built allied/german stuff... and i didn't know the other problem... I made the new MCV, i placed the mcv under the AI building thingy... and i don't know what is wrong with it still... thx if you help.

i started it.. and i ended it... because i have school and it is killing me... every teacher i know is dumping me projects... so i might come back to it during summer...

i hear ya on that bro... i just kept trying to add units and probably during the summer i will somehow put them all together in a real format and make sides... good luck with the project!
