question about disclaimers...

I made a site here . It's the first site I ever made. I don't know if I should(or should not) add something along the lines of "Command and Conquer and Tiberian Sun are the copyright of Westwood/EA" or something like that.

Yeah chickendippers is right, if you create a website, content and images to go with it and upload it for the public to view its already considered copyright protected. You don't need any statements for it all.

what when they spead up and say stuff like

 

'Musnt be used with lighters/naked flames, all damages are your own stupid fault and if you try and sue us because little timmy blew himself up we will accuse you off child neglegence and drag it out so long your costs will be 3x anything we will have to pay you'

And i think it just makes sites look oficialy and like EA might ( :lol: ) check the sites for it and sue if you aint got one.

The only person to check would be Apoc, and he doesn't care if there's a disclaimer or not - it seems obvious that these fansites didn't make the C&C games.

a half decent radio commercial then a 3 minute disclaimer

 

they could just say

 

"see store ofr details or go to www.titleofsite.com"

 

that better not be a bad site, i just put that in there for the literalness ya know
