It might have to do with the switch to XWIS... just wait it out a few weeks...

WOL is officially dead. It is no more. XWIS is the official C&C server.

SO you can't play online anymore with tib sun???????

for ever or temp.

and thefirestorm server still works so wats goiing on

is it also now with ra2??? :?

It's temporary...XWIS is the birth of a new Generation of online C&C gaming.... aparently so, Tiberian Dawn (C&C 95) has online capabilities, and XWIS will support this also... this will be cool since I've never played anyone in multiplayer using Tib Dawn... of course it means giving out IP addresses... but who cares Tiberian Dawn online support??? that quite simply rocks!!!!

I'm just so damn glad the original Red Alert support will be back... I've missed playing that online and it will present a huge challenge since more people will be online than in 1997/98... It means more bait....

You'll have to watch out... I may not have been much of an opponent in RA2 and Generals, but the name C&C King stands strongly in the Tiberian and Original Red Alert Franchises.... I have not lost my touch on that I can assure you

you will not need that for long though since XWIS will be intergrated into the games through some very special server coding that'll fool the games into thinking it's still connecting to WOL... even though you'll see XWIS written all over it

Yeah, now we have to introduce this feature to all the CnC TD players and RA1 players who aren't a part of any forums and don't know about this news... so they can get back into action

If you click the internet option it'll connect you to XWIS - there's no need to visit any website.

No... we mean, there are tons of players that don't visit forums like these, or hear news like this, and so they wouldn't know they can just use internet for C&C 95 or RA1 all of a sudden, so... we need to tell them. I already am telling a few...

*cough* ya right *cough*

There will be support for these games now? Or just from the XWIS people?
