Installing RA2 Patch 1006

I am unable to install the patch 1006 for Red Alert 2 so that I can play Yuri's Revenge.

 

I get the error -

 

"Old File not found. However, a file of the same was found. No update done sincefile contents do not match."

Buy a legal copy.

It is a legal copy. I have used my back-up discs because my original ones were scratched and wouldn't read properly.
