This should be interesting... We all Say EA sucks, but don't we mean EALA Sucks. When you take a look at the games out there you find that you'll play a particular stuido's game, and love that game like crazy. So take a look at the little list below, answer the poll, and tell us: What's your favourite EA Studio!

  • - Responsible for The Harry Potter games, FIFA games, Rugby, Cricket & Formula 1 series.. Also publishes the excellent Burnout series!

[*]EALA - Creates C&C, Medal of Honour, LOTR: BfME & James Bond & Golden eye games

[*]EA Montreal - Still under development

[*]EA Orlando - Makes the Madden NFL & NCAA Footbal games, as well as NASCAR and the upcoming Superman Game: Man of Steel

[*]EA Redwood - The Sims, Tiger woods, NBA, Battlefield 2, All the other LOTR games, and anything else not mentioned.

[*]EA Canada - Perhaps the most Kickass Studio creates the following. SSX, Need For Speed, NHL.

Gotta go with EALA for this, yeah we bitch about them and the haven't delivered a new C&C for a long time but I bet all will be forgiven when (or if) they announce the next C&C.

Special mention to EA Canada for NHL 06 and EA Redwood for NBA Live 06 though. Two of the best sports games.

hmm i guess im gonna have to go with EAUK because of their FIFA, Rugby and Cricket games. Burnout is awsome too. EALA and Canada would be a close second with CNC and SSX

They should be shot for making The Sims. I hate that game. I can't beleive I bought all those years ago

But its probably the overkill of expansions that bothers me the most about The Sims franchise.

Midnight Club pwns Need For Speed

I'm sorry, did you just type blasphamous language into the forums!?

I have been a Need For Speed Fan just as long as a C&C fan, and that is just laughable! If it wasn't for Need For Speed there would be no Midnight Club. OK hats off to them for the go anywhere racing, but Need For Speed is so much more accessable, and fun to play.

The Need For Speed franchise allows many different race types. Midnight club does too, but the concept of racing from checkpoint to checkpoint over and over again, throughout a whole game just seems tiresome. Not only that, but every Midnight club I've played, the cities just seem so bland and samey. Need For speed on the other hand has different districts, everwhere is different, and every race feels so much more different.

I don't care if you can ride motorbikes as well. The most important thing is that In need for speed, we have Cops, daytime racing, and exotic cars back again, the true formula that works... plus you can mod the cars as well.

Need For Speed, like C&C has been the franchise that all racing games base themselves upon in one way or another... true there are better racing games out there, but Midnight club isn't one of them.

Erm you can mod your cars in Midnight Club. :P And its not blasphamy, its fact. ;)

Lets just say, we all have different opinions.

I know you can mod in Midnight Club. I own the DUB Edition on my PSP.

I just feel that there's something missing from Midnight club. I've owned all 3 games at some point, but the mechanics are not quite as appealing. As I said, it's probably the fact that all the race modes and cities feel and look the same that loses some of it's appeal for me. I like a lot of variety, and that's where Need For Speed Cut's the mustard for me.
