I Always wondered about what other people are like in online play so here is a poll:

I'm a turtle/tackle guy, i build up my base or bases with almost no gaps in defense, unless one of the enemies use a superweapon. after thats done i than go and build a massive force of tanks, infantry, aerial support and sea support(if map has water), and the end, well u guys know the ending.....

yea well im basically the same...i usually build a base defense before i attack.....jus feel more safe....then attack when i feel im safe......

 

i guess im a lil more of a defense guy tho...

 

but thats bad cuz as they say (correct me if im wrong on this quote)

Hey, don't forget people. The best defense is a good offense.

 

I don't usually build defensive structures, part from pillboxes (and their equilvents) at the start of games. After that its just lots of tanks and stuff sitting round my base.

Tanks tanks tanks! What can I say, I'm a tank ©rusher! So, I should be ashamed If I wouldn't be attacking. Offence just ownes the defence! I do use superweapons though.

i just build a good defense and and an army as my economic position changes... i almost always have money though.

i'm usually one to build an efficient base, with a hell of a lot of defense, and when i feel safe enough, i build a huge army of the biggest units i can get

Normally, I get my base up and running as fast as possible, with a lot of Refineries and stuff, and when I get a Battle Lab, I build War Factories, Prism Tanks and Mirage Tanks non-stop.

I defend my base with units until I got enough units to attack... then I leave some units behind and use the rest to (try to) crush the enemy.

I picked the "Both" Option 'cause in my oppoinion, the best OFFICENCE is a good DEFENSE.

 

I build up my bases defenses... And build and build and build...

And build up my bases defenses IN THIER BASES!!! If they have defenses, It's harder, but if I can secure a stronghold and ALWAYS get the "Solo's needed" message, I'll win.

 

In some missions, though, it seems like I HAVE to build within the limits and THEY can build any where!!!

 

Also, one mission, I didn't build ANY units and just used the "dasic befense" system to get 'em. And won.

I am a Turtle. I love long games But in order to have long games Unholly Alliance must be played with a 15min no rush. dam i hate rusher's

it depends on my mood, but most times, I like to semi-turtle (good old game, not rushing, not completely turteling) :wink:

I garrison up and hold down the fort. I tend to keep to myself and wait for an attack, and, based on their attack, I see if I'm strong enough to attack them yet.

I play a defensive game, i wait for other players to slug it out and i defend myself. When the other players are weak, i strike with as many units i can afford

if you play defensive you need a good office as well.

A good office? Yes I agree. Its important to have the right desk, computer, Chair. And most importantly, a hot secertary. Else what is the point of having an office in the first place?

 

Its offense. Not office.
