Azrael 0 Posted March 16, 2006 So what do you guys think about it? I'm planning to buy it... But I don't want to buy it without knowing what you guys think about it. :?: Share this post Link to post
Saracen 16 Posted March 16, 2006 I should be getting a copy through the post in a few days. I've seen this game in the works from the Alpha version, and played both the Alpha, both Betas, the demo and a bit of the full game, and it is much better than BfME. More scope more stuff to do.... it is cool within it's own right. Still prefer Empire At War though  Share this post Link to post
TheBlackOut 7 Posted March 16, 2006 I've heard its like BFME with better graphics.... Anyways, its not that I am totally anti-EA but I just was never interested in that kind of stuff. (I dislike LOTR, bite me.) Share this post Link to post
Azrael 0 Posted March 17, 2006 Thanks guys, I got the game already... Quite good, but nearly killed my pc at the LOW graphics setting. Share this post Link to post
J-Fire_Man 0 Posted March 17, 2006 Yay, I was late. BFME 2 is out already. I even haven't finished playing the evil side campaign in the first BFME. I hope this time it's more balanced. Gandalf is just too freakin powerfull. Share this post Link to post
Azrael 0 Posted March 17, 2006 Yah, it's quite balanced... I like the custom heroes though. And I can't upgrade my PC, it's useless to upgrade. It's more worth it to buy a new one, with some scrapped parts from the old one. Gandalf sucks... Muh new hero, Aghanim, chops the enemy up with Word Of Power... Share this post Link to post
Saracen 16 Posted March 17, 2006 I love Lord Of the Rings, there's no denying it. Although I'm quite skeptical about BfME2 and the improvements made, it'll be a good all round game nevertheless. I've followed the game at every stage of developement, and it looks and plays great as I've said... when I knuckle down on it a bit, it'll actually be intersting to see how it compares to Empire at War... I may still eat my words, but we'll see. Share this post Link to post
F15pilotX 4 Posted March 18, 2006 Well, I haven't looked at either games so far, but I suppose downloading the demo for BTME2 might be worth it.... Share this post Link to post
Azrael 0 Posted March 18, 2006 Both I think are good... I'm afraid that EAW might not run on my PC... Share this post Link to post
Sonic 298 Posted March 18, 2006 it'll actually be intersting to see how it compares to Empire at War... I honestly don't think EAW and BFME2 can be compared to each other. Yes they are both RTS games but way to different in gameplay and content. Share this post Link to post
