It's the AK-47 Gattling Gun. Pretty crazy eh? You can see a video of it in action. Just click here.

We now move on to the GDI primary light infantry weapon.

Nice and shiny, eh? Here's a picture of me holding it. While, convincingly dressed as GDI, although I'm wearing a NOD shirt.

Moving on, we come to the weapon that Kane uses himself. Pretty small, but packing a punch:

You'll see Kane using the weapon in the videos, but you can see me using it here. I think this picture is worthy of myspace. :P

That's all for the weaponry. More updates and information on the game soon!

I'm surprized nobody is taking interest in this, these are cool weapons.

Does your NDA prevent you putting in a thorough discussion of these guns. I hear this Dragoon guy made em. What's the background on him? What other weapons do infantry in C&C have? Are they single, semi or automatic? What rounds do they take? What Caliber? How many rounds a minute do they fire? Some good technical stuff would go down well.

/end-trying-to-be-interested blog.

I'm sorry I'm British. I don't have a huge fascination like Americans do with their peashooters.

niiice!!

well, its not make sense thou...

its gatling gun & its still use magazine to feed the bullet.

and the magazine is feeding into a single fixed chainber. The rotating barrels have no use

Edit: Actually they do have a use. They increase the chance of a bullet impacting before it has left the weapon thus making it inoperable

Well, I can truly talk about these guns in terms of what we were told at the discussion with the Dragon guy, but we can't explain any other weaponry, because we didn't see it in person at his presentation.

For all of you who don't know who Dragon is, he designed the props for the in game video on the C&C 3 set.

Hm... Okay, creative... But I certainly don't like the looks of that AK...

P.S. Alphabear, is your pic from BattleTech? Specifcally, one of the Clans? It's familiar, but if it's a clan, I forgot it's name.

These bug me. The Gattling AK is entirely useless to anyone who knows anything, the GDI Rifle looks like it might shoot shotgun slug-size bullets, judging from the mag size it would hold about four, and no grenades. unless that mag holds the grendades, at which point it must have a P-90 like vertical magazine which would hold nothing more than pistol rounds making it extremely inaccurate and not powerful.

The most practical thing is the pistol, but it doesn't look futuristic as much as it looks German.

Yeah, I know what you mean...

Those guns look impossible, but it's fantasy...

D&D nerds made the props... if they were created by gun-nuts you would have seen entriely different guns.
