speaking of rules, why the hell do you have rule topics named EXACTLY the same..... it is alot easier just to make a simple topic and edit it each time there is a new rule.... not constantly make another topic with exact same name as the other.... there not even number either so its hard which rule is what, also i have never been to C&C forums so i dont know if they are crap or not

As SS said the full rules are available here http://forums.cncnz.com/viewtopic.php?t=4, its sticky at the top of the rules forum, and at the very top every page.

 

The rules forum also serves as an area for announcements about rule changes or additions. Pretty simple really. Its a process that we have used since September 2003.
