Tib sun versions ????

i always thought that westwood was cheating its own clients they always posted pics of tib sun that looked amazing and the game that i bought what pixely en ugly just have a look

 

 

 

and this is what i have look at the pixel difrences and unit building pics

 

can someone tell me why the real version isnt like that i know iam a few years late with this topic but if someone knows this

They edited the screenshots released... and cut those features from the game because it was late and they used up too much CPU power.

isnt there a patch to re eneble them cos it looks amazing better then the origenal dont think that cpu power is a issue now

Some one's probably made a mod. Those were pre-release screenis and thankfully they changed some of the units (to be frank to nod tanks in the fisrt screenies look ****e)

There's alot of stuff on the TS/FS disk that you could unlock. Cameos, voxels(units), and sounds are to name a few. Deezire and Afterglow are two good places to look at.

I remember reading about this when TS/FS came out. I can't remember if you needed to extract them a certain way or if they were supplied on a web site. RA2/YR has many things removed from it in the same fashion.
