Everyone is forgetting EA didn't hype this, they just put up an image on their site. Yes, it could have had the 14th of august as the date, and posted the video to explain what'll happen on the 14th.

 

But yeah, totally hyped by the fans and not by EA :roll:

 

The image they placed had the words "C&C3 will be revolutionized". Don't you think it's overhyped? Do you think the fans over hyped? Revolutionized is a strong word, pal.

 

Well I think the community has over-reacted. However EA could have shown some marketing foresight and community insight by promoting it better with a less than dramatic word-choice or making the TV component less of a mystery as mentioned before.

 

It's not the huge mistake that some people describe. I will concede, that for some people, it is one straw too many on their overloaded pet camel.

APOC has already stated that he should not have used the word "revolutionized", it was perhaps a strong word to use.

 

If "revolutionized" was never used to promote this we probably wouldn't be having this discussion.

Do I get this right and it is something like a News-Channel for C&C?

So it could be that during one of those "podcasts" the C&C3 expansion will get announced (not speaking of when here just that it could get announced sometime in it)..?
