Luk3us 63 Posted April 19, 2008 So what shows are you guys watching these days? At the moment I'm watching on either TV, or through downloading... Battlestar Galactica Season 4, downloading ep4 as I type! Lost Bones Underbelly - Aussie mob show. House Boston Legal Prison Break Yeah, thats my line up as it stands. What nifty shows are you guys watching these days? Share this post Link to post
Sonic 296 Posted April 19, 2008 Currently watching..... nothing because every show on TV is total rubbish. This rubbish includes the shows in Luk3us' list, along with CSI and its many clones, soap operas, reality shows, dancing shows, singing shows. The list goes on. The only show I would actually make time to watch is SCRUBS, but thats currently repeats of season 4 being played here in NZ. But I did recently watch season 3 of Stargate Atlantis on DVD, and Stargate The Ark of Truth. Enjoyed them both. Share this post Link to post
Luk3us 63 Posted April 19, 2008 I watched the ark a little while back. Whilst it was alright, I thought it was kinda lame how they had to bring the replicators back into the mix... Hopefully the next stargate movie is better. Share this post Link to post
Sonic 296 Posted April 19, 2008 Stargate Continuum will be great, it features the coolest Gou'ld of them all "Baal". Share this post Link to post
Doctor Destiny 41 Posted April 19, 2008 House, The Simpsons, Family Guy and American Dad... and other **** on Court TV, History and A&E. Share this post Link to post
Inferno 22 Posted April 19, 2008 (edited) What? Why? Anyways, my tv shows include That 70's Show, Lost, South Park, Scrubs and several Dutch TV programs. EDIT: I seriously need to start watching Prison Break. Everyone around me says it's awesome. Edited April 19, 2008 by Inferno Share this post Link to post

Louis EX 0 Posted April 20, 2008 The only programme I watch is American Chopper which is shown every Sunday in Discovery Channel. Share this post Link to post
Mina Synd 0 Posted April 20, 2008 starsky and hutch (tv series), star trek (various different series), conan doyles the lost world (that canadian/australian tv series), quantum leap, chuck, sarah connor chronicles (which just finished a couple of days ago), dr who, torchwood (second series also finished a short while ago), flash gordon (tv series), aaaand whatever documentories are showing on the history channel or discovery... that kinda thing o.o Share this post Link to post
General Leang 0 Posted April 20, 2008 Underbelly simply because Carl Williams cops a hiding. Aside from that the only other things worth watching have been Gladiators and Sarah Connor Chronicles. Share this post Link to post
Sonic 296 Posted April 20, 2008 NHL playoffs I wish the NHL still screened here in New Zealand. Damn you ESPN We haven't had any coverage of the NHL for the past 2 seasons. I haven't seen a game since the last season before the lockout. Sucks even more whens it playoff time. Share this post Link to post
TheBlackOut 7 Posted April 20, 2008 You like hockey? Hockey is pretty fun to watch, sucks that the Avalanches won last night though. Share this post Link to post
Dr. Rodney McKay 0 Posted April 20, 2008 I usually watch Friday Night Smackdown, Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis, King of the Hill, and Family Guy. Standard fare, really. Share this post Link to post
sith_wampa 6 Posted April 20, 2008 You like hockey? Hockey is pretty fun to watch, sucks that the Avalanches won last night though. Tomorrow we'll see how the Bruins turn out. Can they come back like the Red Sox did in the 2004 ALCS? Share this post Link to post
Sonic 296 Posted April 21, 2008 You like hockey? Hockey is pretty fun to watch, sucks that the Avalanches won last night though. I do. But my interest died off when the TV coverage dried up. And go Avs!! Share this post Link to post
Mina Synd 0 Posted April 21, 2008 meh... i'm not really into sport. except the world cup o.o (football that is. soccer to you americans >_>) i get really into that and my family divide up teams between us and the winner wins some money ^-^ tis fun Share this post Link to post
Luk3us 63 Posted April 24, 2008 I watch a fair bit of Rugby, and a bit of League. Oh and some netball to check out some chick on chick action of course. haha Share this post Link to post
Sonic 296 Posted April 25, 2008 Rugby is a **** game, over saturated boring rubbish Good news is game attendance is at an all time low, and TV ratings are poor, people are switching off to Rugby coverage simply due to the fact there is so much of it on TV these days. Add in the rule changes, the All Blacks crap effort at the World Cup last year, snore fest Super 14 games (that no one watches), it all makes for an un-marketable product. Luk3us 63 Posted April 25, 2008 Yawn go watch your silly Yanky sports then. Share this post Link to post
TheBlackOut 7 Posted April 25, 2008 Tomorrow we'll see how the Bruins turn out. Can they come back like the Red Sox did in the 2004 ALCS? They didn't do to well, eh? And I wouldn't know about baseball, I could give a ****... Oh wait, I wouldn't even want to part with my waste for that horribly boring sport. I do. But my interest died off when the TV coverage dried up. And go Avs!! I don't want to be banned so all I can say is I care to disagree with your opinion entirely... Share this post Link to post
Sonic 296 Posted April 25, 2008 Yawn go watch your silly Yanky sports then. You know I would but guess what, they are never on anymore. ESPN show Rugby now. I'm still a League fan though. Share this post Link to post
Luk3us 63 Posted April 25, 2008 lol.. I feel sorry for you. I mean they have Sky Sport 1, 2 and 3, highlights, ESPN, and they can't get anything you like on em'? Yeah that sucks. You should write a dirty letter to Sky. Share this post Link to post
Sonic 296 Posted April 25, 2008 Don't worry I have. I get the usual reply saying they are seeking alternatives to sourcing coverage but nothing ever changes. Share this post Link to post
