New unfixed bug discovered. If you share a link to another topic or post in your current post a preview box will display, The box is mostly unreadable though. Until this can be fixed please click the "Your link has been automatically embedded. Display as a link instead" prompt that appears at the bottom of the Post Editor box.

In a post on Ask Reddit asking if you could bring back any game from your childhood and have it re-mastered for today's graphics, what would it be? Some of the Command & Conquer games have been mentioned. And it looks like a former EA developer, under the name of "phpdevster", has joined the discussion and shared his thoughts on the cancellation of the Command & Conquer 2013 project. Its a bit later than usual, but here's this week's pick for C&C Music Monday. Its back to the Red Alert soundtrack with "Journey". A slow and atmospheric track that wasn't originally part of game in the early days. Another great track from Frank Klepacki. In a recent article on Kotaku's Steamed blog, Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight has been included in their list of the five lowest rated games currently available on Steam. I guess it's no shock that the game rates lowly among the hard core Command & Conquer fans and the casual fans. This is what they had to say about it. This week's pick for C&C Music Monday is from the Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight soundtrack. It is "We Rise". If there is one thing Tiberian Twilight got right, it was the music. And this track is perfect example of that. Ironically, this track was actually composed for the TIberium FPS game that got cancelled. It was meant to be one the Scrin themes. For an early teaser, it didn't really "tease" much it. But I don't care I will still go and see it in December anyway.

DC have released early footage from the Justice League moveie that is due in November 2017. This is early stuff but it shows lots of Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash and Cyborg.... but no Superman. Jason Momoa as Aquaman looks awesome. Ben Affleck returns as Bruce Wayne/Batman. It would also appear that Warner Bros have figured out how to make their trailers much better, since the first trailer they released for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice last year spoiled key scenes from that movie.

An interesting topic raised by Frank Klepacki on his Facebook page a few days ago. So just as Frank says. One song at a time, or the whole album released?

Oh wow, I was not aware of that. I don't have any C&C games installed (well any games installed at all) to check these things.

Perhaps trying the compatibility settings and running Kane's Wrath as as older version of Windows. Of course with Windows 10 you can only go back as far as Windows Vista.

The modding community for Tiberian Sun and Red Alert 2 is alive and kicking, and now another tool for all the map creators has been released by Starkku. MapTool is a small open-source tool designed to apply changes to tile, overlay and object data of map files of Tiberian Sun and Red Alert 2 based on predefined conversion profiles. It is capable of performing operations such as converting maps from one terrain theater or another. You can learn more about this new tool by checking out this topic.

W3D Hub have posted the list of changes, fixes and upgrades that are coming in the next major release of Red Alert: A Path Beyond. The list is rather detailed. No date has been mentioned that tell us when this release will be made available. But it can't be too far away. The original post can be found here.

You're correct, these were announced here http://forums.cncnz.com/topic/20575-ips4-various-forum-changes-updates-additions/?do=findComment&comment=231778 The the record of most online thing, that's a glitch I can't seem to fix, at least not right now. It seems when I moved the widget block, saved the changes, it changed the date the record of most online with it. The correct day that happened was back in 2012 or 2013 I think. Its not a major problem. There was so much unused space on the right sidebar, as @Nmenth said earlier in this topic. A big empty area that bothered me. So all the stuff at the bottom of the main index got shifted. I feel it looks better this way.

Not sure how to change that. I could probably ask the plugin author.

Whats the rush? I'll wait for it to update via Windows Update.

I keep chipping away at stuff, so some more changes.... Made some layout changes to the main index. Member Stats, Forum Stats, Who's Online are now on the right sidebar. Added the Popular Contributors section to the right sidebar.

Just a few fixes to mention. Fixed the Post Editor colours. Especially for the tag entry field. Text is now readable when you enter the name of a C&C game. All C&C games have been stored in the tag system. So just start typing a name of a C&C game and the correct one will pop up in drop down menu Fixed colours for the small reputation counters on each post Removed the white backgrounds from avatar images that have transparency Fixed a bug that prevent user hovercards from displaying on certain text links

I wouldn't be installing anything on my phone from untrusted sources. Plus http://www.mobile3k.net/ looks dodgy as ****!!

Haven't tried becaused to be honest I don't think Metacafe embedding support is required. Chances are you will find the same video on YouTube anyway. One small change to the how the Post Editor works when you press the ENTER key. It will now start a new paragraph as the default action. If you want to the cursor to move to the next line (as in not start a new paragraph) simply press SHIFT + ENTER.
