I voted for NOD cause they're cool. But I like the Soviets..

GLA are a bunch of losers... America is boring and China's real gay.

GDI suck balls eh?

GDI is by far the ultimate owners of all the houses in all C&C games, yes even the Atreides.................. :P

The Atredies??? Oh please... Those useless bastards.... With those stupid ass Orithopter thingeys that could hit ****..... They are the most stupid off all creation. And those stupid little Fremen.... Come on they were just ****. Not as bad as GDI, I might add.... But close.... Very close.... :P

GDI is such a gay side. All GDI players do is build huge ass bomber squadrons and then bomb everyone and eveything into hell....

Nod players have more skill.....

News flash guys, the Atredies have nothing to do with C&C....thats the Dune Universe

GDI is better, but the NOD have more superweapons that deal damage.

They have the Chem and Cluster Missile. Where as the GDI has the ION cannon and the firestorm. I'm not mentioning the Hunter Seeker and EMP since both sides use it.

The fs can be VERY handy when it comes to bans, especially online :P

True, but the FS is a defense, not an attack

Leave the attack to tits n bombers, or dissys n stalker, theres loads of stuff you can do with the Global Defence Initiative! :D 8)

Wheras with NOD there is 3 things you can do, CyCom in SAPC flamers rush or bans, like kidvini said they stink o **** :D 8)

I can't smell the NOD from here but if you say it stinks :)

The only drawback for the GDI is that you have to build a building in which you have to put the ION cannon on. It takes more time and money and the Cluster missile does more damage.

I could make a mod in which that is changed... Maybe they should change it to be more like the Particle Cannon...

I dunno though, i still think the ion cannon is better than the particle cannon

Against single targets and structures? Yes.

Against lots of units and Defenses? nooooooo

Particle Cannon is best

Anywayz the particle cannon and the ion cannon are two totally different things from two different games! :P

Best to leave it at that! :D

So what?

They use the some thing: A BEAM!

They are almost even named the same!

ion CANNON

particle CANNON

BTW, did you know that the particle cannon idea was stolen from 007 Die Another day?

Well, if they did, then it wouldn't be the same now, would it?

But then again it might just as well have been...

Link to post

Well the ion cannon came first so i think they just ''borrowed'' the idea rom TD and TS :D
