Sonic 295 Posted October 24, 2008 In a post on the official forums APOC confirmed that you can't play Co-Op via LAN in RA3. Red Alert 3 will support LAN play as our previous RTS Games have such as C&C 3 and Kane's Wrath, but, you cannot play co- operative campaign over LAN. Co-op with a friend is only supported through online play. However, if you and a friend have both your PC rigs next to each other, then you can log in to an online hub and both login to your Red Alert 3 online accounts and play co-op while sitting next to each other. That'd be a creative way around it. We can look in to supporting this type of feature via-LAN in the future, but its not currently supported in that way right now. Does anyone not find this really odd? Share this post Link to post
BioBen 3 Posted October 24, 2008 I agree with above. This is balls. However, if we do an awful lot of complaining, it may be changed in a patch Share this post Link to post
Alphabear 11 Posted October 24, 2008 This is absolute ****. My flatmates were planning on all teaming up to finish the campaigns. Now we will have to wast precious download quota just to do that. Share this post Link to post
BioBen 3 Posted October 26, 2008 That could be true, but you can still play the campaign by yourself like Raj Share this post Link to post
