Now that Red Alert 3 has been released its time to change the poll on our main page. For the new poll we are asking you What do you think of the new Official C&C Site?. Tbh, I just bought the premier just because I wanted the most awesome version

I didn't get the Premier edition I preordered, because everyone besides the manager in there is a bunch of ****s. So despite GAME having them in the back from a delivery, they couldn't be bothered to leave the desk to unpack the delivery and get the copy I ordered. Instead, what I was told is that they wouldn't be getting any in and was told to try elsewhere. I told my mate this and the idiot in question has been given a disciplinary. So I have the standard edition unfortunately. So Naturally I've not got a Beta for Generals 2, no soundtrack, and no special edition DVD. In fact, I have no extra maps either, so I've been extremely ticked off.

 

I would have waited a bit since there was a lack of intelligence in GAME. But I've had a CNCNZ RA3 review to write and thus time was not a luxury I could afford. So instead I went to Gamestation and gave them my money for a standard edition instead. In future therefore can EA not make these damn special editions an exclusive to a particular company, cos I don't wish to have to deal with the retards in GAME in future... thanks

Well I don't understand the new website, why do I need too create a new profile when I already got 3 EA personas on my EA account? :S

 

Edit: And aslo why doesn't anything happen when i select create profil?

The site still has some glitches that should be fixed in the next few weeks.

 

But overall, the site is nice. It's better having all the news in one place.

I wouldn't have accepted that at all. You pre-ordered and paid for the Premier Edition and they have have to supply the product they advertised. There must be other retailers in the UK who had the Premier Edition?

 

As for the new C&C.com, I think its fine. Loads faster than the old site, having everything centralised to one site is good move. But yeah it short on features and content, APOC knows this had he told me they are definitely working on that.

Well, there's a bit of TFD info on the forums, including a thread for the unofficial patch 1.03. Well worth a look.

The TFD section on the forums keeps disappearing! Sometimes it is there when I load the forums and sometimes it isn't!
