That's one of the best interviews I've seen regarding Joe. Very well done indeed.

 

I must say though that Joe is starting to show his age. He still looks very much the same, but you can see that it's starting to catch up with him. Even more reason that this should be his last game. He's got a great legacy, and I feel that it's going to end on a well deserved high. I hope EA could still use him though behind the scenes of future titles. His experience with this franchise is a huge asset and one I feel will go far in years to come.
