He has recreated a majority of the units from Command & Conquer 3 and Kane's Wrath. Here's some previews of the GDI Engineer, Nod Confessor and Nod Enlightened.

Sadly not - Games Workshop have a legal division thats effectively "The Legion of Doom" when it comes to villany. They'd have to remove all the WH40K components before these things could be sold (and GW are very quick to lawsuit - and usually win).

No doubt, but I'm sure EA could easily manufacture their own models...

 

Its kinda annoying how when they released C&C3, they had lots of merchandise available for sale, but now they don't bother. :(

If they were, they'd have to. But these are a nice guideline to follow. Then again, the Kane Head Knocker speaks for itself...

 

The merch thing must be due to poor sales and reception of every C&C KW and onwards. At least thats my guess.
