How Many Viruses on your system?

It was funny in a particular way

At night I scanned at ten

Got 18 of them

yes i have some things...itd be pointless and very time consuming to tell you all the cheats, cracks, mods, downloads, trainers,ect. so plz dont ask...plus i need to get rid of some pointless ones and some not needed ones...and ones that dont work

I don't bother with anti virus programs... I just have my fancy firewall and thats it. Though I do check for spyware every now and then.

I just HouseCall Its constantly updated with the latest virus definitions, though its not very often i get viruses because i dont download crap....

I get a constant stream of them, mostly worms and crap, trojans are the most annoying, Most I've gotten at one (one system scan) is 8 or 9...

Well on the computer my brother uses there were loads when we upgraded to the latest version of McAffee, like 50 (the computer was running SOOOOO slowly). But now I've put lots of precautions in to stop him from downloading all this junk.

On the computer I use there are none and never has been any viruses.

 

Spyware is different, you get spyware even if you don't download ANYTHING, so there's prolly quite a bit on the comp my brother uses, but not on mine as I ran a scan a few days ago

I wasn't talking about game cracks! " having a crack" in Modern British UK English terms is to have a very funny moment or moments... that's cleared that up.

I hadn't used the net for ages cos my phone line was cut off and the system was clean i go back online and my firewall cuts all the crap up, i update my virus definitions, and there they all are 18 of the bloody things!

 

No matter what though, I have a habit for downloading alot, I must admit. but everything that comes in is guarded by my firewall and scanned by my anti-virus... and these bastards still get in! You can't win em all!

How can you guys have so many viruses on your systems??? I only get one every now and then. Thats when I use a anti virus thing on trial from CDs off mags and scan in.

 

And what happened to the virus that used to pop up and say hello I'm a virus come kill me? I hate these stupid steathly ones....
