they all have unique tactics, to be used in different circumstances

 

tanya -> great against infantry, buildings, naval units

boris -> migs come in handy for destorying bases

yuri -> manipulating tanks to avoid a large scaled attack

Yup, but I hate when someone kill my precious Yuri Prime with British sniper. I agree that Yuri Prime is lack of defense, but he can fly over water which is good to hide from the enemy and mind control the naval units

I tue choose for boris ,he's very effective ,but they all got 1 big disadvantage ,they can't do anything against flying objects

You don't now, try it then. Except for Yuri Prime in RA2, he is flying but he can't fly over water.
