The time has come for a new poll here on CNCNZ.com. Since there isn't much happening in terms of news topics right now, the new poll is more of site related question. Social Networking is proving to be more and more popular these days, and CNCNZ.com has established it's presences on the leading social networking sites. So we want to know Do you follow CNCNZ.com on Facebook, Twitter, maybe you just stick to our RSS Feed or YouTube. Perhaps all of them or none. You can vote for more than one option in this poll.

This is not a good poll question since we have probably about a good dozen people posting in this forum every day and probably only hundreds of others are following CNCNZ news throughout other media/social websites. Most likely most players and C&C fans are probably going for "none of them".

 

Nmenth may be right about one thing. If C&C is currently dead, it's temporarily a dying generation of the franchise for now. We get less and less C&C news every single day but some good and current C&C mods still make C&C alive.

Yeah I understand this is the not greatest poll question. Unusually they come from news topics but as you mentioned things are slow in the department so its really hard to come up with new ideas for polls. This poll only came about because it was all I could think of. The previous poll had been there for awhile.

I'm sure I've explained the whole C&C 365 thing before haven't I? Look at the main site, look at the name of this news forum.

I follow CNCNZ on facebook, but I find it annoying its almost pulled from the forums automatically. Personal facebook messages on pages are a lot better.

I follow CNCNZ on facebook, but I find it annoying its almost pulled from the forums automatically. Personal facebook messages on pages are a lot better.

The updates on our Facebook page are not pulled from the forums. I post them using a application called TweetDeck, check it out here http://www.tweetdeck.com.

 

When new news updates are posted here on the site I open TweetDeck and write a quick item, when I submit it via TweetDeck it updates the Facebook page and the Twitter feed at the same time. However when have some sort of special feature to promote, like a new Roundtable, I posted a more detailed update on the Facebook page to highlight it. I don't have the time to post news here, then manually update the Facebook page reposting each individual news item.

 

There was a time when the news was actually pulled from the forums via the RSS feed and it would automatically update the Facebook page. But Facebook is well for lack of a better word totally ****, and it stopped working.
