ok i think i got it! ok in RA1 if soviets win kane rules russia. But in the C&C series, the good guy usualy wins in the sequels. if the allies win, kane doesnt nessicarily rule russia. so in RA2, romonov is the russia guy and ya-day-da. then TD, then TS, then FS. make sense? as for generals... uh... i dont know where that fits in. i hope EA doesnt discontinue the red alert/tiberian series and make generals storylines!

Generals don't fit in because it aint a C&C my friend. It just has the label so it'll sell.

If Generals were to fit in anywhere, it'd be before TD.

Thats obvious though because generals was set in the not too distant future like an "insight" to what war will be like then. Its more of a simulator than a game really.. its too realistic to be a C&C game i think.

 

So it should go...

 

RA1 > RA2 > (RA3) > Gen's > TD > TS > (TT)

 

So either ra3 links into gens or TD

Well, I haven't been much of a storyline follower. But, I have to say I've had a lot of fun with Generals and ZH ... skirmishes and the Gen Challenge have given hours of better play than skirmishes on either Tiberian or RA2. Don't get me wrong--I've liked ALL the C&C and hope for more like you guys. But had to respond to the dissing of Generals; I think it is still quality stuff even if it is a totally different line.

i agree with you Gazdude. i heard you can shoot the guy out of the vehicle. im not saying generals is bad, but i think they should continue the RA/TD storyline, as do us all.

If EA got pissed off at you then they're just send their army of laywers to wip your ass.

 

And they're win too. Even with all your fancy techonlogy. They'd claim copyright breaches and all your **** would be theirs... Not to mention they'd sue you for every single cent you had. And take the clothes off your back.... Wait, that would be pretty bad to watch, maybe they're let you have your underwear.... Maybe not, depends on what type of laywers they are....
