Rockstar Announces Grand Theft Auto 5

So GTA V or Five (well I guess it's both) is the next big game from Rockstar. Would liked to see a follow up to Red Dead Redemption myself.

 

 

 

Rockstar announces Grand Theft Auto 5

 

Rockstar Games' website has been replaced by a full screen logo for Grand Theft Auto V.

 

The site promises a trailer on the 2nd of November.

 

Speculation about the next instalment in the Grand Theft Auto series has been rife for some time, with rumours of the game being set in various locations including Hollywood.

 

No further information, such as a release window or platforms have yet been revealed.

Whilst I always like GTA... I felt the last one was a little stale. So hopefully this one is a little more 'interesting', what defines interesting? How should I know I just buy games I don't make them.

So its back to San Andreas? Kinda seems like that.

GTA4, while good... was too serious.. What made the game fun was being able to be funny with the radio stations, and have slapstick humour, while also having a serious side but also a **** **** up sandbox mentality.

 

I now prefer it's little copying cousin. That's now stuck 2 middle fingers up at GTA being all grown up and has decided it don't care what anyone thinks... It's predecessor was my game of the year... I expect this one to be the even better when it's released later this month!

You know, even though I like GTA3, VC and SA, I don't like Saint's Row all that much. I just couldn't get into them. Maybe I'll give SR2 another go since it's on PC.
