I'd say gattling tech is most lethal. The quad cannon is too weak and missiles are too slow to prevent an attack.

The avenger is the best, requires no spin up time like the gatt, and it doesn't lose attack damage when it's moving; 100% designed for downing aircraft.

 

Quads = ****

Gatts = good

Avenger = best; although they're crap in the respect you cannot spam them and they're slow.

An Avenger only has a battle drone, if bought, to defend itself, Quad can defend it self, and can be upgraded 3 times by scrap and once by AP bullets

+-+-+ yeah quad cannons are really good, especially if they are behind buildings... then they don't get shot at by enemy planes.

 

+-+-+ ooo and the 3 scrap up grades and the AP bullets... if lucky, veterancy as well, they just chew up squadrons of MiGs and Raptors and if accompanied by captured Outposts or Radio Vans, they can destroy Stealth Fighters too.

Wow, weren't we talking about AA ( Anti Air ) I said which was the best Anti air unit; of course it can't defend itself who cares, if you're stupid enough to get it fired upon then so be it.

And it IS important wether an AA unit can defend itself or not, because if its destroyed, then it can't shoot down anything can it.

True, it's stupid that an AA unit can't defend itself. It would be better if the avenger can kill unit, but it doesn't have any weapon. Gatling tank or quad cannon are the best.
