Tools recommended for Windows 7?

The thing is, what tools are highly recommended for Windows 7 for tweaking and especially when surfing the Internet? Also was there a file (or tool) to monitor how Windows 7 checks for a legitimate license, similar to the one in Windows XP? Sure the Windows Genuine Adventage tool can be disabled, but Microsoft has other ways to sneak checking for valid licensing in addition to the WGA.

Depends on what you mean by "tools." I'm sure there's plenty out there.

Most of these tools are just for restoring the Win7 look. Notepad++ and SumatraPDF are for multiple OSes. That might give you an idea of what goes on Win7.

I think the best tool someone can make for win10 is uninstaller tool that remove win10 and reinstall 7 on your machine
