I recommend to record footage with OBS instead of Hypercam. Also, why a bottom bar? A side bar is far better in the age of widescreen gaming.

Correction... not ripped. I had permission from Detroy[Ru] to use the modified ingame UI because I was interested in that. Also the idea of zooming in was influenced by the C&C3 version of that Generals 2 mod. Sure most of the source code is from C&C3 A New Experience and I modified everything in there except the ingame UI and the skyboxes (which will be credited eventually). There's nothing significantly new there, it's just the changing of the look of what C&C3 is meant to look like if it had been the purple theme. The THX logo was put there as experimental, seeing that C&C should have that THX support unlike what the BFME trilogy had.

 

At the time of that video publishing, the new units I wanted to show you guys never made it due to my lack of production time of development. But soon in another video(s) those will be seen in the future. As of now, the subfactions that were supposed to work with this modified UI theme aren't working.

 

As for the bugs, I already seen some of them due to the skyboxes being drawn to those modified C&C3/KW maps. Not sure why it's happening, maybe because I am in a window instead of a full screen. Also I need to upgrade my fastest PC with more RAM because this mod really needs a ton a RAM.

Do you have a moddb page up yet?

Why put a THX logo when it;s not actually by them, you can't leave that in, in the final product.

 

I don't think Lauren is accusing you of "stealing" or using without permission, but that there was not anything ground breakingly new that was seen., that you made all yourself.

 

Don't get me wrong, I like what you did, and think it has potential. Taking old things and putting a new spin on them is what I'm all about.
