Command & Conquer (C&C) Collection is in store now(FIVE games of C&C). I saw it on store two months ago and it is really cheap only about $19.99. How many of you guys going to buy it ?

I already have most of them. Why I should buy another one again. IT only will waste my money. I'd rather save my money for Halo 2 or Half Life 2.

I probably will. I collect the collections. Believe it or not I have 5 copies of Red Alert 1 not including the Playstation and N-64 games. May as well finish the collection. Yes, I know I have issues, but RA1 is my all time favorite game. Then a tie with RA2 and TS. But anyway, yes, I'm going to buy it.

There will be new great games to be released soon, I don't want to waste my money just to buy it. Its just EA stupid tactic to gain more money I think.

The Command & Conquer Collection has been out for ages. Its not new.

 

 

No need for me to buy it, I already have all the C&C games. The last one I paid for was Zero Hour, Westwood/EA sent me copies of all the rest for free

I got all of them, except Renegade, I really outta get that, but it ain't it the stores anymore....And lately buying online ain't exactly safe

Renegade ain't that great. Though you're get it pretty cheap now so I guess its a resonable buy...

Personally, I find Renegade to be pretty fun when online, especially the no time limit marathons that pop up on rare occasions.

It wasn't EA, it was Westwood... Westwood used to do a thing where by all Webmasters got a number of copies free to help C&C fan-sites do competitions. It was a courtesy thing. It was done by Westwood to honour the loyalty we as C&C sites gave to the C&C name and to spread the word of C&C more.

 

Unfortunately EA are not as customer focussed and would never do a thing like that.

 

I have a friend who works for EA, he gave me the opportunity to play Tiberian Sun and Renegade a whole week before release for free!!! That too was a Westwood thing where selected EA employees could play C&C before release...

 

I just found out that my friend moved to America and has been working on the animation side of things for Need For Speed Underground 2 in the states!!! He said he might even ship me a free copy

I doesn't have RA 2: yure revenge and Renegade. What do u guys think about renegade? If it is not good, then I not going to buy it.

It's good online if you find the right games. And I love flying the Orca in multiplayer. As for the single player, it's pretty fun too. Worth getting. Watch for me on there, I'm constantly there.

i play renegade alot 2, i like the multi-player more than the missions. i play alot 2, Warmatt16 maybe i'll see you on there somtime.

I will look for you. I spend most of my time on UNRULES games. They are fun, you kill someone you can pick up their weapon. It's always interesting to be chasing an engineer and him suddenly pull a Rail Gun on you.

Actually EA did cough up some free copies of Generals for fansites. Cabal (CNC World) organised it with Mike Murphy (EAComMile) at EA early in 2003. I was given 5 free copies of Generals, I gave them all away.

I think I sent copies to some CNCNZ.com staff, can't remember really. I do recall giving a copy to a friend at work late last year. Oh yeah, I kept one for myself as well
