What did you do today?

Today I got up at 4am, to be at work for 6am. I needed to multi task and cover people from other departments including receiving deliveries into the shop.

 

It wasn't so bad until my boss told me to go back and work all the back stock on my department, as well as receive deliveries, and work on checkouts.... to top it all off he asked me to stock check every item in my department after I had worked it.

 

Sounds like alot of work right? Yep, it's approximately 5 hours worth, but when he tells you at midday, and you are going home in two hours... what is he asking of me?? I had a go at him and did what I could, then walked out at 2pm to go home...

 

No doubt I will get moaned at when I go in tomorrow, but the fact is, when you have to run your own department, and cover in everybody elses, unrealistic target expectation is not something I, or anybody else can do :roll:

yeah, in the mean time we talked about SW3 and finished up two essays for school!!

 

oh well, it wasnt bad, I got to vacuum my house (again) and mop the floor

 

fun fun. And that was after school. Orthadontist appointment in a while, then maybe some YR maybe not. Meeting with cycling club tomorrow, and seeing a guitar clinitian durring free period at school

:roll: Oh calm down guys, I told you to wait a little in order for me to get home, I ended up finishing a little later than I thought. There's always the weekend man, yeesh!.

 

King, I know how you feel. Our store is going downhill because we get all these new people who don't turn up to there shifts..god..you wouldn't believe how frustrating it is. Especially when half the time people turn up to work drunk or on some other drug. It's not fun.

Was enjoying a well deserved day off, then got called in on the afternoon from 15:30 for an 8 hour shift. Got home at 23:30... I'm sitting here now and hour later, not really concentrating on what I'm typing, but the fact remains I got up at 05:45 I have been up a good 19 hours now, and I can't feel my body.

 

In fact I feel like I'm inside by eyes looking through them like windows.... it's almost an out of body experience. Strange, but I really am tired, but can't even be bothered to get up and walk into the bedroom to sleep..

 

Thank god tomorrow is a day off, but for how long? :roll:

Umm... Got up got the bus to tech. Sat there for 2 hours listening to some women drone on... :roll: Decided not to go to after noon classes, walked round shops in town for bout an hour then got bus back home..

 

Then got home in time to recieve my keyboard in its pretty box all the way from Malaysia.. Then popped it in and did some work, then showed up here...

My Saturday sucked today. Played rugby as usual.. Soon as I get on I get taken out in a head high tackle.. Go home with concusion. Spend rest of day in bed throwing up... And I still feel like **** now.... :( So yeah my weekend sucks.

See, that is why I don't play sport anymore. I had both my legs broken when some fat polynesian kid tackled me after I scored a winning soccer goal back when I was at primary school. :lol:

 

I just finished a movie marathon, consisting of Harry Potter 3, The Incredables, Spongebob Squarepants, Team America, and my all-time favourite movie: Return of the Jedi. Nothing can beat watching dogfights between the Rebels and the Empire.

 

But the best Lightsaber duel has to be Yoda vs Count Dooku. Oh man...that kicks so much arse on soo many levels.

It is when you have a group of 'tards come in, and one of them ****s his pants, eats some of it, flings the rest around, and forces us to close the store for the rest of the day while the whole dining room gets cleaned out and sanitised and whatnot.

 

I suppose it was good in a way. Me and the rest of the staff got paid for sitting outside and doing nothing. Go us.
