PurpleGaga27 39 Posted September 27, 2012 (edited) The Back Page -- part 1 You probably won't find this in the PCWorld website or some from their Facebook page, or even anywhere else in the Internet . Note: Those are scanned. Some links might lead to the source. Kinda like the fanboys and passwords sections. Interesting info there. Edited September 27, 2012 by zocom7 Share this post Link to post
PurpleGaga27 39 Posted October 5, 2012 The Back Page -- part 5 (as the final part) I decided to post the remaining scanned ones as thumbnails. Share this post Link to post
Guest Rabbit Posted October 5, 2012 I'm curious to know where you're getting these. Are they posted publicly online somewhere, or are you scanning them? Either way, I really don't know if I want PC Gamer breathing down our backs about a copyright issue here. Share this post Link to post
Plok 323 Posted October 5, 2012 I don't see why should they care about some scans ending up on a random fansite. Would they really search the whole web for things like that? When I use scans for EVA Database, I don't care all that much for copyright, unless I'm using material from another fansite, like I did with the C&C Arena gallery that I copied from CNCNZ with Sonic's permission. Guest Rabbit Posted October 5, 2012 Yeah, but if it's something that just came out, I could see an issue. That's why I'm just curious to know where these shots are coming from. Share this post Link to post
PurpleGaga27 39 Posted October 6, 2012 As I said from post #5351 of this thread: You probably won't find most of these in the PCWorld website or from their Facebook page, or even anywhere else in the Internet. Note: Those are scanned. Some links might lead to the source. Why did I scan them? Some of these are funny to look at and some of these are just unusual. PC Gamer, on the other hand, doesn't have any unusual images that I could share some of these to here. Next time I will no longer post scanned images from magazines anyway. AZ-Stalker 88 Posted October 6, 2012 (edited) @Plokite_Wolf -> http://cnc.wikia.com...Sun_Summit_1999 I have an OLD pc gaming magazine that has a Croatian gaming and news team (maybe PC Play?) over there, TS on the cover I think, it's all about that with those pictures - link above. It's at least 10 pages on TS. Are the pics from your EVA database page from that magazine, maybe? Edited October 6, 2012 by AZ-Stalker Share this post Link to post
Plok 323 Posted October 6, 2012 Correction: It's the September 1999 issue of Hacker. Front cover + 4 pages of the summit report + 6 page review (93%). I remember you told me that you had it as well Share this post Link to post
AZ-Stalker 88 Posted October 6, 2012 (edited) I found it dumped, about 2 years ago... The cover is a bit ripped up, kind of like a knife penetration, but yeah it's in good shape other than that. Ah, hacker, still have those oldies... But lets not stray from the thread's topic too much. Edited October 6, 2012 by AZ-Stalker Share this post Link to post
Plok 323 Posted October 6, 2012 (edited) Meh, this is Off-Topic Discussion, right? If anybody is interested, I can scan the entire pages, translate them and upload them to Mediafire. Edited October 6, 2012 by Plokite_Wolf Share this post Link to post

Luk3us 63 Posted October 13, 2012 I liked the picture, but the news story that went with it? That was just ****ing stupid. Share this post Link to post

Plok 323 Posted October 17, 2012 (edited) Notice the Alt key replacement. Edited October 17, 2012 by Plokite_Wolf Share this post Link to post
Guest Rabbit Posted October 17, 2012 You mean the command key. On a mac computer, the alt key is in the place of the window menu key, and the Mac command key is in the place of the alt key. Share this post Link to post
