CNCNZ Battle clan

So who would be willing to get a CNCNZ battle clan up for RA2?? I would be willing to participate. And there are lots of people here who play RA2 online, and several of them would be willing to join also. So what do you people think? Should we do it?

 

@ Sonic and King: Would be possible to put the Battle clan page up on CNCNZ? Like current stats, memberlists, galleries, forums, and such.

The original CNCNZ battle clan known as the Chaos Confederacy was started by Sonic and continued by Apocolyp4. After a year or so it was found that Apocolyp4 could not find the time to continue the site's maintainence... So I took over as webmaster.

 

With the impending release of Generals, I decided to shut down the old confederacy and establish the Generals Confederacy X (GCX)... This was a flash made site created and designed by DJ Jaffry who was my co-webmaster of the site.

 

Within the GCX I had 3 clan teams, each of different skill levels. Elite, Delta & Gamma teams. Each with their own leader. It all worked well for a good period of time, until Generals about a month after Generals where clan play all but stopped.

 

I was upset by this, because a lot of work went into the site. I eventually shut it down after a lack of commitment from the team leaders, as well as members disappearing never to be seen again.

 

Upto last year, I did have the whole of the CC & GCX websites backed-up on my PC, but I eventually deleted them while cleaning up the hard drive...

 

Personally, I would not consider the reinstatement of the CNCNZ clans. While everybody is happy to do it before the clan site is up, there has never been much commitment once everything has been established... so in my mind, it's really a no...

I was thinking about just 1 big clan.

 

A clan for all CNCNZ games

 

The "CNZ" clan maybe?

 

Only open to CNCNZ members

 

And I would be willing to commit time into this

 

There are a lotta newer people here King, people that joined up after the clan stuff ended, like me, bware, cygnus, acerz, etc etc

Well if you can gain enough support and all members are definately prepared to commit to being part of the clan, I might give it some consideration...

 

But it'll take alot of convincing me otherwise... it has proved a waste of my time in the past. So I will need a lot of good reasons and a strong case to even start considering it again.

Yeh, the clan is cool something like -|CNCNZ|-Sonic, -|CNCNZ|-C&CKing etc etc...

But RA2 hasn't been played by me a lot either, though I can play ZH online of course. (had to make a copy of the whole ZH folder for it though (WR ya know ))

Then the CNCNZ clan will be known by all C&C online gamers and our ranks will swell with fresh recruits.... well "experienced" fresh recruits

I've got my trusty war machine all reved up for combat. I would be glad to put time and effort into a CNZ Clan.

I don't see any harm in it. However you can expect my involvement to be minimal at best. I just don't go for the whole clan gaming scene. You guys can use the CNCNZ.com name or any part of it though.

Thats something we would need discuss at later date. Depend how complex you want it to be. I really don't want to go down the path of setting an entire web site for it though, clan sites simply don't generate traffic/visitors.

Man this is old.

 

Not enough people, Sonic and King said the Last CNCNZ clan went down the drain, no support from them (or at least very little) so at the moment, it isnt going anywhere.
