Best game of the Year

Recommended Posts

Resident Evil 4 is only available on GC at the moment... :( :( :(.

I'd buy a game cube but.. Well I have certain "issues" with that "thing"...

But yeah that game looks awesome.. Not to mention that I love the RE series...

I think everyone but the most die-hard Nintendo fans have "issues" with that "thing" mate.

Lol..I can't remember if World of Warcraft came out this year or not, but if it did, then that's a definate winner.

Oh...I have Tiberian Sun now...picked it up last night. :D

Lack of support for Gamecube, and retailers, frankly, cou;ld not be stuffed about getting the games in. Multi format titles or the Gamecube equivilent of another colsole title always seem second best as well.

I can tell you whats NOT the game of the year.

Time Splitters: Future Perfect

a real disapointment

Play with 3 friends and it's definately GOTY!

C&C King, not waiting until Smackdown vs Raw 2 before giving your verdict?

It'll be good, I'm not doubting that.. but unfortunately it's not gonna beat the fast paced, high octane action of Burnout Revenge.

Smackdown Vs RAW 2005 is coming out on the PSP, but I dunno how much they'll cut it back in comparison to the PS2 version... I'll just have to wait and see...

OK MP is pretty good, but like 9/10 of the characters are exactly the same with diff skins.

I understand it to be the Generals of the PS2, in that people go 'ZOMG THIS GAME SuX0Rs BECAUSE OF STORY LOLZ' and consider it the worst game of all time. Actually what I cannot understand is how people desperately seek out how to make characters who are already in the game and have twenty diffirent versions of one wrestler because he has a green singlet, a white singlet, no singlet, changes a move, ect. A friend of mine has the game and either creates his own characters or takes them from other games. Seems a lot more worthwhile to have yourself in the game or your favourite characters rather than as many variations of the same guy all the time.

Well from what I've read it's having a major overhaul this year with a new fatigue system playing a big part. Plus hell in the cell matches, and any match using weapons should be improved upon realism...

Aparently there's a whole ECW section in there too with the PPV arena being in there as well... that means that we can all re-enact that moment super-crazy dived off the balcony... oh hell yes!!! :P

SvsR was great, some elements were abit crap, such as the fact your created character only had clothes 'painted' on them so it looked really crap and pixelated at times. the shadows needed working on. other than that it was good. looking foward to SvsR2. Also, if it came out this year, then i would say Warhammer: Dawn Of War was the best game.
