Rogue Leader 0 Posted November 10, 2003 I haven't had much time to play games lately, and when I do I'm doing trade jobs like mad in Earth & Beyond I might pick up Need For Speed: Underground - it looks pretty cool. Share this post Link to post

DeadEye 0 Posted November 23, 2003 Might condsider getting it, it looks rather cool (apparently its a bit short SP wise tho, but MP is said to be nice). Hows Halo for PC atm? - might consider getting it sometime near Christmas..........along with a range of other games . - Perhaps NFS: Underground Good, Deus -Ex 2: Invisible War, Commandos 3, something alone those lines.......won't get all of them tho ....... Sonic 296 Posted November 23, 2003 Yeah single player in Call of Duty is short, I've played through a bit more and now I take back what it said about it being better than Medal of Honor, I would say they both on par with each other. As for Halo, its really over hyped I think, the storyline is cool, and the Master Chief (your character) is cool to but the gameplay gets repetitive sometimes, but if your looking for fun single player game Halo is highly playable. Read the Halo thread for some of my other comments about it.... http://forums.cncnz.com/viewtopic.php?t=347 For the record, neither Call of Duty or Halo are bad games. The would be two of the better FPS game released this year. Next on my gaming hit list is Max Payne 2 and Stacey Jones Rugby League. You guys overseas won't know anything about the Rugby League game though  Share this post Link to post
Guest dax Posted December 8, 2003 absolutley AMAZING game. 10X better than MOHAA Share this post Link to post
Sonic 296 Posted December 9, 2003 Amazing maybe going to far......the main problem I have with it is that all the action unfolds to fast. As I said before I still think Call of Duty and Medal of Honor are on an equal level. Share this post Link to post
osey 2003 0 Posted December 9, 2003 Call of duty is a great game good graphics and sound also it is alot more realistic than MOHAA u dont ususaly see alot of paratroopers being deployed from the sky guns blazing trying to hit aircraft and flack exploding in the air to make great lighting effects in the sky while you and your squad are storming german held buildings with all sorts of cool world war 2 guns this game is a must have to all u ppl who havent played it go to www.callofduty.com to download the demo :!: Share this post Link to post
Shocker 0 Posted December 9, 2003 Next on my gaming hit list is Max Payne 2 You're going to enjoy Max Payne 2 - I guarantee it. I bought it a week ago, and all I can say is that it's an absolute blast. I can't believe how it looks 10x better than the original and yet runs slightly faster on the same PC! KyleBrogan 0 Posted February 9, 2004 Call of Duty is made by the same team who created the original Medal of Honor games. (The company was absorbed into EA, and then the original developers filtered out and made their own company, which is why the games play similarly and have a similar feel to them.) What I really enjoyed more about COD more than MOH is that the action was quick, with things to do, and you almost always had buddies to help you out. The weight of the world wasn't always on your shoulders, such as in MOH. And your teammates actually did things! I was amazed that I could have a couple guys covering my back and they actually did it. It made for an excellent experience, and I really enjoyed the game. But that's just me. - Sparticus Share this post Link to post
chickendippers 1 Posted February 9, 2004 I played the demo (I ordered the full game off the net but for some reason they didn't let me pay for it ) and it's amazing! Halo's OK, and gthe levels are incredibly massive but it is kinda slow paced. Metroid Prime is better than Halo IMO. Share this post Link to post
