I've never bothered to install many extentions for Firefox. I only have a few....

Even if i had some i think that i would probably never use it. They are like skins in Winamp, you have a ton of 'em, but you only use one

 

I especially don't like toolbars, they only make the window smaller and you have to scroll more to get to the end of the page.

sort of off topic but related with firefox. All of a sudden i can no longer see my sig is no longer showing up in firefox but in IE i can still see it. Anyone know why?

Perhaps you selected "block all images from" in firefox?

Firefox does have its own popup blocker, but I've seen popups get past it a few times.
