RKCoon 0 Posted April 17, 2006 http://www.capitolhillblue.com/artman/publ...icle_7606.shtml Ya know ,We canadians/free worlders knew this before the FIRST "election". they are only seein it now? Share this post Link to post
BWare 0 Posted April 17, 2006 Is this REALLY where you get your news? Pathetic. An uncivil war rages inside the walls of the West Wing of the White House, a bitter, acrimonious war driven by a failed agenda, destroyed credibility, dwindling public support and a President who lapses into Alzheimer-like periods of incoherent babbling. You lost me there with that runon mess. Ugh. How about not wasting our time with such a poor source next time, huh? Also, don't insult our country like that. The 2000 election WAS PERFECTLY LEGITIMATE. Also don't separate yourself from the US as a "free worlder." The USA defines and defends the free world. Share this post Link to post
RKCoon 0 Posted April 17, 2006 No actually, i stumbled across this one. hence, the term, "comedy". Share this post Link to post
Cygnus X-1 12 Posted April 18, 2006 sheesh, cant even post comedy without you two going at each other's throats   Share this post Link to post
TheBlackOut 7 Posted April 18, 2006 All I did was read Tree's comic... Share this post Link to post
Cygnus X-1 12 Posted April 18, 2006 I saw it in the paper before he posted it. Still funny though. Share this post Link to post
Doctor Destiny 41 Posted April 18, 2006 Yeah, me too. "More better do our job..." Share this post Link to post
Cygnus X-1 12 Posted April 19, 2006 "What will we think of next?" Man, I cant wait until the 2008 Elections to vote  Share this post Link to post
Tree 0 Posted April 19, 2006 Good thing Bush isn't up for relection. I wouldn't vote for him. Share this post Link to post
Doctor Destiny 41 Posted April 20, 2006 I didn't last time but it ended up being a wasted vote. ¬_¬ Share this post Link to post
BWare 0 Posted April 20, 2006 You're seriously talking about voting against someone? That seems pretty pointless and, frankly, pretty dangerous. Would you actually prefer Kerry? :? Share this post Link to post
F15pilotX 4 Posted April 20, 2006 I would hope not.... I might have posted this before, but anyway.... some funny stuff there edit: also, BWare, I just noticed you don't have a rank....what happened? Share this post Link to post
Doctor Destiny 41 Posted April 20, 2006 You're seriously talking about voting against someone? That seems pretty pointless and, frankly, pretty dangerous. Would you actually prefer Kerry? :? Well, it wasn't really against Bush so much as it was supporting my choice. And truth be told, I don't like Kerry either but I thought he could have done a substantially better job. Taking Bush out of office might have suppressed some heat but we'll never know. I'd really prefer a different party to have the Presidency since Republicrats are ****ing useless. F15pilotX 4 Posted April 20, 2006 Well who do you think would have done a good job? :?: Share this post Link to post
BWare 0 Posted April 20, 2006 You really think Kerry would have done a better job? Yikes  Share this post Link to post
Cygnus X-1 12 Posted April 20, 2006 Im sick of the Republicrats as well, but its not like Nader will get the masses on hisside anytime soon.... What will it be, Jeb Bush vs Hillary Clinton? I'll take Bush over Clinton any day of the week. I dont think Bush is doing a bad job, its just not a particullarly good one. Although mind you, my idea of a good presidency involves a decency on the part of most of the country as well. Share this post Link to post
BWare 0 Posted April 21, 2006 I dont think Bush is doing a bad job, its just not a particullarly good one. Although mind you, my idea of a good presidency involves a decency on the part of most of the country as well. Exactly. The man is by no means a true conservative, and his weaknesses there piss me off, but overall I'm behind him. Frankly I'd have the decency and loyalty to be behind anyone in power during a time of war (provided that they're not completely evil). Share this post Link to post
Cygnus X-1 12 Posted April 23, 2006 Good points. He does do a decent job. Notice how we still have a military, and Nasa still exists. And we arent putting all of our money in a lockbox  still, party politics will be our downfall, and its waay to far out of hand as it is. Share this post Link to post
TheBlackOut 7 Posted April 23, 2006 Tis sad we didn't listen to old George Washington... Share this post Link to post
Cygnus X-1 12 Posted April 23, 2006 Tis sad we didn't listen to old George Washington... so true. I've been saying this for years, but no presidential candidate has supported me (yet....) Share this post Link to post
Doctor Destiny 41 Posted April 24, 2006 You really think Kerry would have done a better job? Yikes  And do you really think that Bush is doing a good job? I understand the pressure but Jesus Christ, I could have done a better job. Share this post Link to post
BWare 0 Posted April 24, 2006 Fenring... ugh. Come on dude. The man is NOT doing a terrible job. He's not doing a great job, but he's definitely not doing a terrible job. We currently have an unemployment rate of 4.7%. That's unheard of. Hell, 5% is considered full employment! Also, tax revenues are way up even after Bush's tax cuts (voodoo economics work. Go figure). Oh, and when was the last terrorist attack on American soil? Even you must admit that he's at least doing a pretty decent job on national security. He's ignoring the borders, yes (), but he must be doing something right there. Overall, the man is doing a pretty damn good job. I just really hate it when bystanders yell jeers without really doing much analysis or real thinking..... Oh, and Kerry is a lying, spineless tool of the Democratic party. He would have been a disaster. Share this post Link to post
Cygnus X-1 12 Posted April 24, 2006 He didnt even have the support from his own State. Sad sad sad. Share this post Link to post
