For those of you who don't know how to play Mafia, here's the basics:

Depending on how many people will want to play, I will decide what roles there will be and, of course, how many Mafiosi. There will be the basic Night and Day phase, and, if player number allows, the Appointment (doctor) and Investigation (detective) phase. My rules for this game:

1. A Mafia godfather will send me their choice of the ONE PERSON to die.

2. Nominations for lynching are in bold. A maximum of three people can be nominated for lynching.

3. Roles will not be identified until the end of the game.

4. THERE IS A 5 DAY LIMIT FOR JOINING.

5. There is no preset time for each phase. Night, Appointment, and Investigation will end as soon as choices are made. Day will have a 1- or 2-day (depending on if the accused are present) in which the accused can defend themselves and accusations can be made.

6. Remember, deception, lies, and roleplaying is the key!

Since I'm assuming no one is gonna chicken out (although I should have confirmed everyone), here is a recap on the rules.

Rules

1. My word is ZE LAW.

2. Nominations for lynching should be bolded. Votes should be italicized.

3. No more than 2 can be nominated for lynching.

4. One mafiosa vs. Three villagers and a doctor. FIGHT!

Winning Conditions

1. Obviously, if all mafiosi are killed off.

2. If it boils down to one townsperson left, the Mafia wins.

Mafiosi have been running amok in the quaint village of La Bari, killing off everyone one by one. However, the Mayor has granted its people the power of voting to lynch whoever is suspected of being a mafiosa. It seems that all but one remain, and only four (!) villagers. Their job is to find out who's the last one left to eliminate the scum forever and finally restore peace.

NIGHT dawns on La Bari, and townspeople wait anxiously to see if someone will wake up dead- or not.
